 CLUB RULES

Wakefield United Junior Football Club has been established since 8th December 2003.  We now have a total of 5 squads:  U7's, U8s, U10s, U11s + U13s

We are all proud of our Club and want to see it go from strength to strength. We NEED everyone’s help to do this!!!!

Our Club is run in a responsible manner and we want all players to enjoy the game of football in a friendly atmosphere. These are our Club Rules:

Training

·         Sensible clothing must be worn for training – football boots for outdoor training, trainers for indoor training and shin pads.

·          All players must train once a week

·     You must inform your coach ASAP if you can’t attend training.

·      Subs - Not more than 4 weeks’ arrears will be allowed or a player may regrettably be asked to leave the Club.

·      Players are expected to respect their coach or anyone helping with training, and to be polite at all times.

·      Waterproof jackets and drinks bottles can be brought to training, but all other Club kit is for matches only (including socks)!!!!

Matches

·         Full Club kit MUST be worn to all matches. Don’t forget your shin pads!!!!

·         All players are responsible for the care of their supplied kit, or for its replacement cost (in full) should it become lost or damaged through lack of care or misuse.

·         Players are expected to arrive for matches on time, or must inform their coach in advance if they can’t attend a match.

·         Player’s bootlaces should be properly tied i.e double knotted, as a lot of match time is lost when they come undone.

·         All players should approach matches with the right attitude and good team spirit.

·         Spectators and players must not swear or shout abuse at any time.

·        ALL parents are expected to help with the following:

-     Goals (putting up and taking down)

-     Supervising your children at ALL times

-     Helping out on the Tuck Shop

-     Selling raffle tickets

-     Any other duties

·        Trophies given to players must be returned the following week.

·          Player of the Match medals and certificates are to keep.
