Follow the A61 Leeds Road out of Wakefield towards Outwood.  You will continue past the VICTORIA PUB on your left, and after a time you will see signs for Leeds and Robin Hood. Before reaching the hamlet of Robin Hood, you will pass the ROSE & CROWN PUB on your left on a sharp right-hand bend. Here you start looking for a crossroads where you will be turning left into Long Thorpe Lane. You will see Rodillian High School on your left about 100yds along this minor road before reaching the overhead motorway bridge. You need to park your car in the school car park before returning to the road to find the pitches a further 100yds along on the opposite side.
