Norristhorpe

Head out of Wakefield on the A638 towards Dewsbury, eventually travelling down the steep hill into Dewsbury itself.  At the bottom of the hill you need to turn left at the traffic lights heading for Ravensthorpe/Mirfield (A644).  Stay on this road.  Once in Ravensthorpe you will pass a Total garage on your left.  You will then pass a second Total garage further on, and just after this you will see The Swan pub on your right (there is a large green awning outside).  Turn right onto Church Lane.  Continue up Church Lane for some time and you will eventually see a One Stop shop where you need to turn right into Jenny Lane.  Take the next right and Crossley Junior and Infant School is 400 yards on your left.
